Instructions for adding the banner to your email (Hotmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Entourage) can be found below. Make sure that your email is being sent in HTML format.



INTRUCTIONS

HOTMAIL
(Hotmail only supports PCs using IE)
- Click on your email OPTIONS
- Click on PERSONAL SIGNATURE
- Paste code of the banner you want in the text field (make sure that "Show Rich-text toolbar" is not checked)
- Click "Show Rich-text toobar" so that it is checked (the banner will now be displayed in the signature text field)
- Click OK
- Create a new message (make sure that under the tool menu Rich-text is ON)
The banner should show up as your signature.

YAHOO! (Yahoo! only supports PCs using IE)
- Click on MAIL OPTIONS
- Click on SIGNATURE
- Make sure you are in "Color and Graphics" mode
- Click "View HTML Source" near the bottom of the page
- Paste code of the banner you want in the text field (code can be found below)
- Uncheck "View HTML Source" (the banner will now be displayed in the signature text field)
- Click Save

OUTLOOK / OUTLOOK EXPRESS

- Right-click and "save as..." one of the following banner links to your computer (colety_banner.html)
- In Outlook Express go to TOOLS > OPTIONS
- Click on SIGNATURES
- Click NEW and name your signature
- Click FILE
- Click BROWSE
- Select the file you saved on your computer (colety_banner.html) and click OK
- Click OK
- Create a New Message (make sure that under the FORMAT menu RICH-TEXT (HTML) is selected)
- Click in the body text field
- Click INSERT > SIGNATURE (the banner will now be at the end of your message)


ENTOURAGE (MAC)
- Control Click on the banner you want which will bring up a menu
- Click on COPY IMAGE TO CLIPBOARD
- Start Entourage
- Go to TOOLS > SIGNATURES
- Click NEW and name your signature
- When new signature window opens, be sure HTML is checked in the 'Format' menu
- Paste image into open area with the Apple-V keys, or go to 'Edit', 'Paste' in the menu
- Save signature. Be sure your messages are sent in HTML via the 'Format' menu
