What can you say about Mr. Winbig? Most either love or hate this guy. What started out as a couple of radio spots turned into one of the best integrated Washington's Lottery campaigns ever. This version of the site went live for Valentine's Day and allows you to serenade your lover if you have one or go on a virtual date with Winbig if you don't.
